Brown Resource Group was built by landmen who take the work seriously. Our team is experienced, professional, and committed to delivering on every project.

Operating from our field offices at every project location, our senior landmen handle everything from courthouse mineral title examination to pipeline right of way negotiations in the field.

Our professionals work across the Continental United States, wherever operators and E&P companies need them.

The greatest concentration of our work is in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, home to some of the nation's most prolific natural gas and oil formations, including the Marcellus and Utica shales.

Beyond Appalachia, BRG operates across every major producing basin in the country, including the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford in Texas and New Mexico, the Anadarko Basin, SCOOP, and STACK plays in Oklahoma, the Haynesville Shale in Louisiana and East Texas, the DJ Basin and Niobrara in Colorado, the Bakken in North Dakota, and across the Gulf Coast. We are a mid-size firm with the reach and staffing flexibility of a national practice.
