This included lease and amendment acquisitions, title, abstracting, heirship, division orders, data management, curated and tailored live system for HUO tracking, cotenancy qualifiers, tract participation, and weighted averages. Full-Scope Asset Management Program

Beginning in 2017, BRG served as HG Energy LLC's in-house land department for their Appalachian upstream position. Over seven years, our team managed all aspects of the asset: lease and amendment acquisitions, title examination, abstracting, heirship research, and division orders. We built and maintained a live tracking system for horizontal unit operations (HUO), co-tenancy qualifiers, tract participation, and weighted averages. BRG staffed and adjusted as the asset evolved, operating as a complete land department through the close of the program in 2024.
